When will I meet members of the production floor?
We give facility tours during customer onboarding, and you will meet various members of our manufacturing team during subsequent visits as your custom cart enters production.
What hours does HUI Manufacturing's production floor operate?
Our production floor runs approximately twenty hours a day. We have employees fabricating, finishing, or assembling your custom cart or system solution around the clock during daytime, flex, and weekend shift schedules.
What type of equipment capabilities does HUI Manufacturing have?
HUI Manufacturing is equipped with state of the art equipment under various production cells - including laser cut and punch machines, press brakes, various welding/cobot equipment, powder coating booths, and assembly lines.
Does HUI Manufacturing have in-house powder coat or finishing options?
HUI is equipped with a six-stage system for in-house powder coating.
